New Ownership Forms: Each and every form must be filled out completely and submitted to Ameri-Tech along with the application fee as a package, or the application will not be processed and the new owner's closing date may be delayed. No closing will be approved until the application process has been completed, including an interview with a member of the Board of Directors.
